HOLIDAY PROMOTION!

I need to get into the holiday spirit, and what better way then to take some holiday photos. I am seeking adorable kiddies willing to get into holiday wear (sweater, scarf...maybe) even in the blazing sun. Who are we kidding! We live in Miami; a summer outfit on the beach sounds perfect too. Seriously, I am making this holiday season start early. Please don't wait last minute.

Here are some reasons why you should get holiday photos done early:
  1. so that you can get those holiday cards mailed out BEFORE the season is over
  2. so that you can order photos for holiday gifts (ex. quick photo in a frame gift, or how about an album, or even a canvas). After all what grandma wouldn't like a photo of their gorgeous grandchild.
  3. my favorite reason for taking holiday photos early, so that you don't miss the opportunity and feel guilty for letting another year go by without doing it!

Our phones are on standby people, CALL NOW- before its too late. I know- so dramatic, I love it. So maybe my reasons are not good enough or my dramatic approach isn't convincing, FINE how about a "holiday promotion". OOOOHHH....AHHHH...sounds good? It is!

Book a portrait session before November 1

and get a set of 50 Holiday cards free!

I am about to POP!!!

For those of you who don't know, I am about to pop.  Let me explain...  A few months back we did a bunch of maternity sessions (even my sister) and I even commented on how many bellies I saw!  Well, little did I know, I would be part of the belly club!  Yes, I am prego!  But, I won't be for much longer!  Alyssa will be arriving this Friday... (Of course I'll post pics!)  I am excited.  I have two boys now (Anthony 4 and Christopher 2 1/2) so I am glad that I will finally have my princess.  Her nursery is done and waiting for her to come home.  The boys are super excited.  They seem to understand a little of what's happening since my nephew, Jordan is 4 months old now.  So, the concept seems to have sunk in...
She was a total surprise.  Robert and I thought we were done...  But, my little blessing decided otherwise.
As soon as I get the pictures I will surely post for you to have a peek at my baby girl!  Talk to you all soon,
---Susie

This year's first holiday photo!

Tis the season... YEAH! Oh how I love the holidays. I did this year's first holiday photo session with the Ruiz family. Angela dressed the kids in the perfect colors and I love that the outfits are not too stuffy. Angela is thinking of combining Breanne's baby announcements with holiday cards. I love the idea; this will be a first for me.

Now is the time to set up an appointment for your holiday session. Don't be surprised- it is never too early to get your holiday photos done. Every year, the same thing happens. December comes and I start getting phone calls for last minute sessions and I end up trying to squeeze as many clients as possible. WELL this year I am hoping will be different. No excuse. This is your warning, make an appointment soon. Remember you need time to send out holiday cards.

Aiden is 7 months old!

Aiden will be 8 months old in 2 days so I decided to do a mini photo session. This month Aiden has grown so much. He is now sitting all by himself (but far from crawling). He loves to baby talk and scream. His favorite TV cartoon is "Yo Gabba Gabba" and his favorite toy is his little hands and his chubby feet.

E-Session in Morikami Gardens

I finally was able to shoot at The Morikami Japanese Gardens in Delray. I had such high expectations, the name itself sounds so cool. Let's just say I can not wait to go back, it was so worth the drive. The garden itself is not too large but it has so many beautiful paths. Every path led you to a different backdrop. Honestly I could have photographed this couple all day and still would miss good photo ops. Rosa and Alfredo left saying the same thing, they plan on going back and spending some more time exploring the gardens. The time flew by, we all had so much fun. As you can see Rosa and Alfredo were great to work with. They showed so much affection towards each other and constantly were making each other laugh. I could not ask for a better couple to photograph in such a gorgeous setting, I can't wait for the wedding.
