Karina and Alex's Wedding

You might recognize this beautiful couple from their famous engagement session pictures at the Station 7 fire house. They were once again wonderful to work with. Karina and Alex's wedding ceremony took place at St. Kevin's Catholic Church in West Kendall and the reception at the Palmetto Bay Village Center. The ceremony was performed by Father Willy, who preached a beautiful sermon and even brought out a few laughs. The reception was catered by Torellas Catering. They pulled together a flawless and beautiful event. In my opinion what makes a wedding unique and personal is details. This wedding had plenty of details. They had individual gift bags placed at each table setting. A candy station for the guests to take home a midnight snack. Their guests enjoyed Cuban coffee and cappuccino's served with rock candy sticks. There was a cigar lounge. Not to mention a live band that kept all 350 guests partying all night. The dance floor was never empty. Congratulations Karina and Alex, we wish only the best!
A special thank you to Karina's parents who were so sweet to us.

Ana Sophia is here!!!

Babies are always so much fun! And Ana Sophia was no exception. She was so cute and cuddly! And, she kept getting cold. So, we would have to warm her up, then hurry and shoot some more! Here are some of the pictures from her first photo shoot!

Jake turns ONE!

For Jake's first birthday photos we went to Bill Baggs State Park in Key Biscayne. I was so happy to hear that both parents were going to join in on the photo session. Especially at Jake's age it helps to have parents interact with the child. Dad helped get lots of smiles by singing his favorite songs and being goofy, and mom gave lots of kisses and tickles. I had such a great time photographing this beautiful family. Happy Birthday Jake!

Jessica and Dan
Acqualina Resort in Sunny Isles always does a fabulous job making sure that their weddings are perfect. And Jessica & Dan's was no exception. From the ceremony to the reception, it was truly a memorable event! This was a destination wedding for all of their guests; the groom's family even traveled from Macedonia!!!
Jessica and Dan, thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your very special day. You can truly see how much you love eachother; and we only wish that you fall more in-love...

Aryanna turns 1!

I spent Friday afternoon with my beautiful god daughter, Aryanna. Aryanna is so full of energy. She is on the verge of walking but trying to run. What I love about her the most is that its so easy to make her smile, she's always happy. I am in the process of designing her birthday invitation - stay tuned.

Patty and baby Aiden interviewed by Channel 7 news.
I signed up me and Aiden in an infant massage class at Miami Childrens Hospital. To my surprise the first day of class Channel 7 News were there covering a story. I was interviewed by producer Maday Rodriguez. They showed a clip on today's 4pm news- check it out http://wn.wsvn.com/global/video/popup/pop_player.asp?ClipID1=2457989&h1=Parent%20to%20Parent%20-%20Baby%20Massage&vt1=v&at1=News
Of course I hate how I look, and I think Aiden came out looking adorable!

Thank you Erika!
I have to give a shout out to one of our past brides, Erika. Erika (blogger name: CHACHI) is constantly posting comments on our blog. The latest comment was on Angie and Danny's Wedding (see below), "you know what i love about you guys? how well you capture each and every moment you are presented with. either a wedding, engagement session, or baby bump, all of them are so unique, displaying so much emotion and just capturing beautiful stories. you are great story tellers through your photos. simply beautiful!" I have said it before and I'll say it again we get the best brides, call it luck but we really do.
Erika thank you for all of your kind words. It really was a pleasure working with you, I hope we continue to stay in touch.

Magic
Just wanted to share with you guys a song that I absolutely love - MAGIC, by Colbie Cailet. It would be so perfect for a "first dance" at a wedding. It has a fun and sweet melody and its not too stuffy. I have it playing in our wedding gallery as the opening song. I am always looking for songs to update our website, write me any suggestions using our comment option.
Angie and Danny's Wedding

If I had to sum up this wedding in one word it would be emotional. On many occasions during this wedding both Susie and I had to hold back our own tears. Not only did Angie and Danny openly express how much love they have for each other, but so did their family and friends. Danny's brother, Mike, gave one of the most moving speeches. In which he described how Angie and Danny's love endured trials and how Angie stood by Danny in the most difficult time of his life. During their first dance we were able to capture the true intensity of their love for each other.
Angie and Danny, we truly wish that the love that we witnessed continues throughout your life together.
